SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Most orders ship from our studio within 2–5 business days after your order is placed, excluding holidays. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within two weeks, please contact thenoircandlecollection@gmail.com for a status update.

Please note: USPS and UPS are currently experiencing periodic delays, and we are unable to offer expedited shipping options at this time.

The above are processing times and do not include the time your package spends in transit.

  • USPS Priority Mail: typically 1–3 business days

  • UPS Ground: typically 1–5 business days

Once your order leaves our studio, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available for a flat rate of $29.95. Please note that local delivery orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, front desks, or reception areas of apartment or office buildings. If your address falls under these categories, please select Flat Rate Shipping instead at checkout.

Processing time for local delivery orders is typically 1–2 business days.

WHY HASN’T MY PACKAGE ARRIVED YET?

If your order is in transit, it may arrive later than expected due to high package volumes with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. This can result in fewer scans and longer delivery times. If your tracking shows a label has been printed, your order has been packed and is awaiting its next scan.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace it. Please understand that carrier delays are beyond our control.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

At Noir Candle Collection, every product is carefully inspected before leaving our studio. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please email photographic proof of the damage to thenoircandlecollection@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly replace or refund the affected item.

If you received the wrong product or your order is missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

You may return unused products for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling) within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
