Refund policy

We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. We will accept returns on any items that are in their original, UNUSED condition AND in it's original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at thenoircandlecollection@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package. Once we receive your item, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 14 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. 

Items that are returned used upon inspection are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, a refund will not be granted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
